We are delighted to welcome you to our official kick-off event on Saturday, 11 April 2026. On this day, you will receive all the important information about your assignment, get to know other team members, and receive your volunteer clothing. It is the starting point for our shared journey.

Programme - 09h00 – 10h00: Arrival
- 10h00: Start/Welcome
- 10h15 – 12h00: Information session & presentation of volunteer clothing
- from 12h00: Lunch
- 12h00 – 15h00: Distribution of clothing & area-specific training sessions
Travel information
As parking around the Win4 Sports Arena is limited, all volunteers are kindly asked to travel by public transport. - By bus: Line 3 / Stop Winterthur, Scheidegg (direction Oberseen)
- By train: S11, S12, S26 and S35 / from Winterthur Grüze station an 8-minute walk to the arena
